During check in we requested for room in middle of hallway and staff questioned us the reason ( This is the first time in all our years of travel this happened ) - Housekeeping can do better ( lots of visible strands of hair on carpet and comforter when we entered room ) - Safety concern ( We informed staff of food ordered on Careem and they replied they will help receive and deliver to our room - However to our surprise the Careem delivery man came right to our room with the food ) KSA is generally a safe country but it is the priority of the hotel to ensure that no strangers come to our room ( We were traveling as mother and daughter so this was very concerning for us ) -
