Above average but not great

Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and comfortable. The contemporary design and hard surfaces mean that the interior feels a little stark and unfriendly (just a personal view though) and I thought the food (breakfast and evening room service meal) were quite average.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien hotel, with excellent amenities and service throughout. However, the valet parking service fell short of expectations, lacking the efficiency and courtesy I had experienced elsewhere. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Not consistent. 3 weeks ago the hotel service and cleanliness was good. This time the room was not clean with slippers used and thrown in the cupboard. Also I had to request coffee capsules almost 3 times and it never arrived. Not what I experienced the first time and definitely not what i would expect from Le Meridien
