Check-in was incredibly fast and seamless, setting the stage for a great experience. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate two queen beds comfortably, making it perfect for our group of four. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom, with every detail thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want to start the day! A special shoutout to Emon for his warm hospitality—he took great care of my kids and even surprised them with some candies. And Abdullah, who made the best omelets, was equally fantastic! After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored everything I said about the staff member’s behavior. Shockingly, the manager then said to me: “I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of here.” This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially coming from someone in a leadership position.
