"Loved our stay, room was very nice (just some very small things like a stain on one pillowcase etc), staff were excellent, food was very good (however the restaurants alternate days that they're open so it limits your daily options a tiny bit), tons of loungers available at the beach and pool, drinks were good, things to do were good/average for an all inclusive. We would definitely consider coming back. The app was awesome, it gave us updates when our room was clean and reminders for reservations etc."

"First and last time staying at this resort. This place looks nothing like the pictures on the brochure or online. Rooms- dirty, severely outdated, cracks in the walls, old beat up furniture, uncomfortable beds, a lightbulb in the bathroom for your light. No facecloths, only one bottle of water daily for two people even though you can’t drink the tap water or use it to brush your teeth. Room not sound proof at all, you hear everything. Food- absolutely disgusting aside from the omelettes at breakfast and a few other things. They tried to pass off cut up hotdog wieners for ham at the omelette station one morning. Even the specialty restaurants (good luck trying to get a reservation, almost impossible) are not very good, maybe one or two items are okay. The food is very much geared towards the Mexican people who are on vacation there and they get preferential treatment. Drinks- they use super cheap alcohol, and if you don’t tip every single time they are rude. And the drinks are not good. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, they get saved at a very early hour every morning. They will clean the pool and add chemicals during the day so you can’t use the pool. Entertainment is terrible. There are better resorts around, don’t stay at this one. Better yet, find a condo or apartment to rent. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Way too expensive for what you get. This is a one star resort, giving two stars would be very generous!!!"

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
