Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The lift could do with updating and if they could supply some snacks or food apart from breakfast would be the only improvements to make it complete.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning wood fittings. The food was top class and the hosts most friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and by the way the local wine was delicious !!

We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. It’s lovely and outside the city. People that run it are really nice - we added an extra night. Please don’t be put off by the fact that is dated because it has amazing views perks, it’s very clean and you’ll get a way better service than you’d from big company run hotels.

This is a veritable gem of a place, surrounded by the fabulous Piedmont scenery wherever you turn. Carlo, his wife and their team were superb, a warm and friendly welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel facilities are good, with everything you might expect in the room, and the bonus of a beautiful peaceful garden and terrace, where meals can be served, and a lovely pool. Lovely family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Love the 3D wallpaper. Great location near the train station. Easy to walk to the sights and shops in Genova

We had a wonderful stay - our only criticism would be that the bar/restaurant for the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday and so you cannot order room service even for a bottle of wine for two days if you are here for a long weekend.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace.

We had a very enjoyable week at the Melia hotel, which is in an excellent location for exploring Genoa and close enough to the station to explore the region.

Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent location close to rail station and in walking distance of major sites of city. Very quiet, comfortable room at back on 6th floor. stayed four nights.
