"Check in was quick and the woman helping me was very friendly! She gave me a local restaurant guide to help me decide on dinner and then followed up on how my stay was going via their text system. It was so convenient. I had no issues but if I did, being able to text about it is such a great feature!"

"The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned. "

"This was our home away from , We are local guests that shared our 33rd Anniversary for the night, Everything was spot on from checking in to the cleanliness of the cottage, Mark was exceptional in the check in and was able to even check us in early which was absolutely fantastic, He went above and beyond I want to personally Thank him!!! Thank you for making our night together simply amazing On another note Downtown was awesome so many shops amd unique gifts to choose from which the location of the cottage made it a great choice to have everything so close "
