"My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house itself was gorgeous and it was old but super well taken care of. The house was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a fan in the room for extra comfort as well. The hot tub was also a lovely bonus! A big breakfast was made in the kitchen and the appliances/kitchenware provided was spot on for what we needed. If I had anything at all to say that was not completely positive, the coffee maker (the pot maker, not the keurig) was a bit aggressive and on the fritz and the trash cans out back were full upon arrival but these things were not a big deal whatsoever. We loved the big front porch and the overall vibe of the house!"
"Our group of 9 fit nicely into this house. Be aware that the 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and only one bathroom. The location of the property was very convenient to all of the local attractions, but it was a bit confusing getting to and from Cincinnati due to the crazy highway traffic patterns. Parking in back was difficult to maneuver, so we kept one car in the front and one car in the parking at the back of the house. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so be sure everyone in your group can climb stairs. The property was clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen met our needs. The TV worked well for movies at night and had lots of options, including Netflix, Disney, YouTube, and Paramount. When we arrived, my young granddaughters exclaimed, "I love this place!" If you are looking for a relatively large house at a reasonable price in the Cincinnati area, and you are able to climb stairs, I highly recommend this location."

"Came for friends son wedding at Ault Park. Convenient location. Property hard to find. No easy to find house number. Entrance is in the back. Up to 3rd floor in a stairway only 2’ wide and almost like an enclosed spiral staircase. Clean apartment except for finding 3 separate stink bugs about the size of my little finger. Place needs to be fumigated. Place had 1 metal chair to sit in. Place left us under the impression that we were in a college student rental. "
