You will be in the middle of it all with wineries and farm stands right next door (literally). This home has 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a barn style 3rd bedroom/office with a twin over full sized bunk bed.

    Farmhouse charm throughout with all new appliances, Smart TV’s and lots more.

    Perfect large private property with great outdoor living for adults, kids and dogs. Enjoy the fire pit, bbq and an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, wineries or exploring the North Fork of Long Island.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house is in an excellent location, close to vineyards and restaurants. It also has a spacious backyard which is perfect for animals. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is a great to stay with a small family. Updates are beautiful. You feel right at home in a farmhouse! Very cozy feeling with the fireplaces and decor. Highly recommend.

Great house I would highly recommend it

We rented the home for 10 days in December for the Christmas holiday. The house was clean, plenty of room. It worked out perfect, especially with the wood burning fireplace. Chris, the owner was very accessible if we needed . Great house I will definitely rent it again.

Clean and charming house that the hosts have thoughtfully updated and restored. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and evenings by the fire; our dog enjoyed exploring the expansive yard; easy drive (and in some cases walk) to wineries and restaurants.

Perfect getaway

We had a fantastic time in the North Fork last weekend. The property exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient and has access to many activities. The house is clean and has everything you need (and more) to have a great stay. Whether you enjoy the outdoors (the gated backyard is amazing) or the inside (super cozy), you won't go wrong here. We will definitely stay here again!

Girls Weekend

Had a great stay…. Property was adorable, well maintained and clean. Would 100% stay again. Only rough patch was having 8 people with limited beds and 1 full bath. The bunk room was super cute but open to the main living area so no sleeping in for those ladies. Overall great stay.

North Fork Stay

The house is well appointed, clean and has a great layout. The owner clearly put a lot of time and effort into every detail of the space, and the large living room / open kitchen layout was enjoyable. The outdoor space was a bit close to the main road, so traffic was noticeable, and therefore didn't feel as isolated as expected. Overall though, a very nice house, and it is a good location from which to explore the North Fork.

More space than you realize

The property is bigger than the pictures give it credit. We really enjoyed mornings out on the back patio. It is hard to balance decor that honors the heritage of the area while still having a modern feel, but they did. Great job!

This property is a rare gem. From the convenient location to the unique property details and amenities, the property owner has thought of everything! This home is a must stay if you find yourself on the idyllic North Fork of Long Island. We applaud Chris for saving the history and character of his home while infusing it with the most modern conveniences in a way that affords space, comfort, practicality and just enough kitsch to draw you into the moment. Great house, great yard - fun weekend!

We loved the house! It was spotless, the yard and firepit was fun and there are a lot of interesting outhouses/installations throughout the yard, and the location was really convenient to beach, fruit stands, restaurants, wineries etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you want/need for cooking and the coffee set up was great! Chris was very responsive in advance of our arrival and with our few questions we had while there. One thing to note - our family is pretty tall and the entrance to the master bedroom is less than 6' (a few heads hit on the door frame) and the beds in the loft room (bunks) were pretty tight for my 6'5 son. Living area was perfect - dining table, comfortable couch, big tv! We had a great time, loved the area and hope to visit again in the future!

Everything we wanted - and more!

There's always a natural concern when renting properties in this manner that you might not get what you were expecting or suchlike. That definitely was NOT the case here! A beautiful house, stunning garden, wonderfully decorated, and all within a short drive to a gorgeous beach with sunsets to die for. Everything about this exceeded our expectations. Amazing restaurants and amenities a short drive away, and our host couldn't have been more accommodating. We'd happily stay here again, and may well just do that some time in the future! A huge thank you to Chris and his family for ensuring our stay was one we'll always be remembering with the fondest of memories. Consider us signed-up fans of Long Island's North Fork!
