You have great vistas from nearly everywhere in the house, be it the living room, the kitchen, the balcony which wraps around the house facing south. The 3 bedrooms towards the north side overlook the garden and the hillside towards Solto Collina. There is a spacious private fenced-in parking area on the property fitting 2 cars. The villa was built in the 70s, is well kept, simple but cozy and has typical Italian features with retro-charme: a large living room, a small kitchen, 3 bed rooms (1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed) and a bathroom. The basement provides an additional bathroom and a spacious shaded seating area with a ping-pong-table. A beautiful garden with olive and fruit trees and a lawn provides ample space for kids to play. It is tranquil, with nice italian neighbors in the houses around us. Älteres Haus, aber gepflegt und sauber mit eigenem Charme. Schöner Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen und 2 Terrassen, von fast überall hat man einen schönen Blick über den See. Bei Hitze hat sich untere überdachte Terrasse als angenehmer Aufenthaltsort direkt am Garten bewährt. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man so täglich gebrauchen kann, praktisch eingerichtet. Direkt vom Haus aus hat man einige Wandermöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto erreicht man in kurzer Zeit viele weitere Wandergebiete. Zu Fuss ist die schöne, ruhige Badestelle am See in ca. 15 min. erreichbar, allerdings ist der Weg teilweise sehr steil. Auch einige wenige Restaurants sind fussläufig, weitere Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Viele der Nachbarn haben Hunde, die die Grundstücke gut bewachen. Aber auch das groszügige Haus selbst, der Garten, die Tischtennisplatte sind schön. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar Gewürze etc. sind da. Der Weg zum See ist nicht lang, aber steil. Es gibt aber auch einen kostenlosen größeren Parkplatz zur Not. Trotz naher Straße hört man am Haus keinen Verkehr. Der Ort Riva de Solto ist sehr beschaulich. Ruime living, parkeergelegenheid, terras met prachtig uitzicht natuurlijk! Fietsen kunnen achter slot in de berging. Kleine keuken maar alles aanwezig wat j nodig hebt. Bij aankomst lekkere watermeloen en wat drankjes gekregen heel attent ! Stefania hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt, die Kommunikation war problemlos und sehr herzlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft idyllisch, außer Kirchenglocken, Hahn und Esel absolut ruhig - und die haben die Idylle nur ergänzt ;-) Frühstück am Balkon in der Morgensonne und abends gemütliches Abendessen mit herrlichem Seeblick und später den Lichter am anderen Ufer - perfekt! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und schlicht, aber es fehlt an nichts, wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und nichts vermisst. Durch Mückenschutz an den Fensterläden waren die Nächte wohltemperiert und insektenfrei. Ein Ort zum rundherum Wohlfühlen, entspannen, entscheunigen - ideal für Menschen, die TV und Disko nicht vermissen und ihre Einkäufe auf den Rückweg von einem Ausflug erledigen, fußläufig gibt es keinen Bäcker o.ä. Schön, dass der Charme einer italienischen Sommerresidenz so authentisch erhalten ist - bei dem Ausblick braucht man echt keinen Fernseher (sagt sogar unser 13-jährige Tochter!) ##### Michaela S. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Fünf vollwertige Betten in drei Zimmern sind ideal für Familien mit 3 Kindern. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist toll, es geht auch immer ein bisschen Wind und die überdachte Tischtennisplatte super! In den Ort zum Hafen und zum Baden läuft man ca. 15 min, das nächste Restaurant ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Kein Geschirrspüler, kein Fernseher, für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns ausführlich informiert. Die Übergabe vor Ort hat super funktioniert. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Ferienhaus weiter! ##### Birke B. Dia Ausstattung ist fast komplett - eine Waschmaschine würde das Ganze abrunden. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und wir haben das jeden Tag genossen. Für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebeung ist der Standort gut geeignet (Lovere, Pisogne, Corna Trentapassi, Monte Isola etc.), doch sollte man schon ein Auto haben, denn zu Fuss ist die Gegend recht anstrengend. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist hervorragend. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen und würden auch wieder kommen (dann aber ohne Baustelle). ##### Udo W.
