The Art Hotel was our favorite hotel during our time in Romania. The property is clean, well-kept, and the decor is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful, even recommending a nearby restaurant that was the best food we had during our trip. The location is very convenient to the square but that means parking is difficult, especially on the weekends. We will definitely stay again!

The pictures on the internet look great and the hotel did match BUT it seemed the items in the room weee cheaply made. I put my luggage on the desk and it looked like it was going to fall apart so I took it off. The shower had to face the back wall since it leaked under the glass and soaked the floor. The AC didn’t seem to work so I asked the front desk to send someone up. She said no one but her works there at night. I told her that wasn’t acceptable to sleep in a hot room. She got a smelly filthy security guard to come up. He Smelled like sweat and cigarettes. To his credit he got the AC to work although the smell lingered for a while. The hotel is in a great location and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well enough once it got turned on.

The big room was very clean and nice, high ceilings, spacious, and well-lit, and the location was right next to the Grand Place. The only downside was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

"The place is wonderful and appears to be new or newly refurbished. Everything was great except for the WiFi. It did not reach our room so we had to go to the kitchen area. Should be an easy fix for them though."
