If you make reservation of 2 rooms on Expedia, you have to have 2 names upon checking in. Otherwise, your name will capture only one room reserved. it took us a while to figure this out. Service is great. breakfast is excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff, house keeping were amazing and supplied whatever was requested. Early check-in also accommodated. Originally assigned a room with 2x beds when paid for 3. The hotel was okay. Bathroom was old. Needs modernisation. Location is great. Lifts can get busy in evenings. Some construction work outside can wake you up at night and early mornings. Staff are not too friendly but not too rude.

Great location and comfortable beds to rest up in

Clean modern hotel with a great location. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi and its amongst plenty of food outlets. The hotel was pretty busy and the rooms look recently developed with good showers. However check the room before setting up for the stay. The bed sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Service was ok at the desk but it did take 7 hours to get an iron.
