The space

The apartment, approximately 70 square metres, is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT an lift (PLEASE NOTE—you must climb the stairs to enter). The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM: equipped with a double sofa bed and dining area

- KITCHEN: with refrigerator, hob, oven, electric kettle, moka pot, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM: with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM: with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY accessible from the living room.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, independent heating, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
