I stayed one night at this hotel and its by far the best option in Riobamba. I had a great dinner with a few glasses of wine. The weather was fantastic. You enjoyed seating next to the firepit before going to bee! Very recomended!

Very nice property! Rooms are nice and very clean. Perfect to travel with family and kids. In general, very good place to stay in Riobamba. It is far away from the main road and the neighbourhood is not very nice. Also breakfast could be better.

Beautiful quiet Grounds. Nice restaurant and bar. Probably the best place to stay in Riobamba. 3-5k from center so plan on taxi or other transport to town.

It was a good experience overall, but there was no centralized heating, only a tiny heater that didn't help much.

Great overnight stay
Stayed overnight while passing through town during covid. Very clean and beautiful property. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Would stay again.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice and well kept outside. Bathrooms in rooms need to be redone asap they are dated and rust has formed around bathroom windows and shower doors. Bathroom should have some sort of heating. Two extra towels or a robes would be great since the bathroom is cold and only one towel per guest is provided. The hotel in general is nice, so are the staff, its small details that would make a difference in making it great.

Bad start then it went well
Y got there late, half an hour after midnight , the person I the front desk told me there was no reservation under my name and that they didn’t have any rooms available. I told him to look again and he called someone on the phone and told me that he was sorry but they didn’t have a reservation. So I had to pull out my phone and showed him my confirmation mail and told him that I was sorry but he had to give me a room because I had the reservation and more importantly I didn’t have anywhere else to sleep. He called someone else and he gave me a key. From them on everything went well. On the other hand the person on the front desk in the morning was very helpful and very feindly. He even brought my checkout papers an bill to the breakfast room

Useful hotel on the edge of town
We stayed here for two nights in early January. A Chilean soccer team were also in residence, which put a bit of a strain on the staff. This ex-hacienda is on the outskirts of town rather than in the countryside, easily and cheaply within reach by taxi. Our room was enormous but rather cold. All facilities were fine, hot water, shower, wi-if, TV etc. Reception staff were very helpful, ready to assist with phone calls, calling taxis etc. Food was a bit disappointing, and restaurant service patchy. A useful place to stay if you're passing through, but not somewhere for an extended visit.

Awesome Hotel! (but WiFi needs an upgrade)
Overall, best hotel I've stayed at in Ecuador. The triple room was huge and clean. The beautiful high ceilings gave it a great, spacious feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us book a bike tour on Chimborazo, and lit the wood burning stove in our room to take away the Andes chill. Good food in the restaurant. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal was very weak and erratic through the entire hotel. It was usable, but a bit bothersome at times. If they fixed that, this place couldn't be beat!

Great hotel
Arrived after a long drive so were thrilled to see this beautiful hotel tucked away from the main road. The staff were brilliant and the rooms amazing. We had log fires burring in our rooms ech night. restaurant was fantastic. Liked it all so much we stayed an extra night. would recommend it to everyone.

Very Nice Hotel in Rio Bamba
We stayed two nights so that we could take the Nariz del Diablo (Devil's Nose) train ride out of Alausi. Our room had a small wood burning stove, and the hotel staff lit it for use each evening. Staff was very helpful for calling cabs, etc.

Great gem
Hotel staff was helpful right when we arrived. The restaurant stayed open late for us so that we could eat. The managers are fantastic and the place was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again!

Very good, the only problem is not with the hotels during my trip to Ecuador but rather your reservation service- double bookings, wrong price (they gave me a $20.00 discount at this hotel) and others. The food at this hotel is outstanding

Very nice but they wanted to charge me another night. They then realised they made a mistake and no apology. DInner food is over priced, little quantity. Ours came cold. Also, we couldn't order food as the link for ordering did not work. So they gave us a physical menu and that had a contradiction of prices with the app. So that was confusing and annoying. I had told them twice that I needed a gluten free breakfast but this did not happen on the first morning. To get a gluten free breakfast I had to beg them. Poor for such a good hotel. If you have special dietary requirements, stay away. Other than that it is very good.

Dear guest, we will like to appologyze for the misunderstanding about the rate , the promo was pay 2 nights get the 3rd one for free, expedia didn't update the promo correctly which caused the inconvenience. We are sorry to thear our restaurant wasn't to your liking, thanks to this we will look into adjusting the special foods menu for dietary requirements. Breakfast ,the only restriction would have been the bread we provide as evertyhing else does not have gluten. We hope that next time you visit us, we will be at the top of your expectations. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und der Empfang läuft rasch und effizient. Die Zimmer sind um einen Park ähnlichen Innenhof arrangiert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Abends wird durch das Hotelpersonal der Holzofen im Zimmer angeheizt. Dies ist sehr gemütlich. Vor den Zimmern befindet sich jeweils eine grosszügige Terrasse. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zum Chimborazo oder nach Baños.
