Me sentí estafado.

Totalmente desilusionado, no hay servicio de limpieza, es todo auto service. Hay un laundry para lavar las toallas y sabanas, que hay que pagar. Me cobraron un cargo adicional de 15€ por persona (en mi caso 30€ x 7 días = 210 €) supuestamente era la tarjeta del hotel con el acceso a la piscina y las toallas de la habitación. Este cargo aparece como un adicional al hacer la reserva pero no como algo fijo a considerar en la reserva total. Fuera de esto la ubicación esta bien y las instalaciones son aceptables, algunas luces en la noche no funcionaban en zonas de escalera, el wifi bien. No lo recomendaría por este cargo obligatorio injustificado que no esta bien detallado y explicado como tal.

Schöne gepltegte Anlage in Strandnähe.

Das Personal an der Reseption war nicht sehr freundlich bei unserer Ankunft. Die zusätzlichen Gebühren von 15€/Tag pro Person für die Benützung der Infrastruktur , Animation, Reinigung und sonstigen Leistungen welche nicht genau deklariert sind, ist eine Abzockerei. Das Depot von 150€ für das Appartement muss Cash bezahlt werden, mit Kreditkarte geht nicht. In dem acht Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde unser Appartement nicht einmal gereinigt. Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten ausserhalb des Resorts die in kurzer Distanz zu Fuss erreichbar sind gibt es nicht.

esperienza sicuramente positiva, ma alcuni aspetti vanno sicuramente commentati: c'è un passaggio di persone extra villaggio che utilizzano i servizi della struttura. Inoltre il prezzo della tessera club eccessivo.

Lo staff dell' animazione è stato veramente professionale, la consiglio a tutte le famiglie con adolescenti e per i genitori che vogliono fare attività fisica.Sconsigliata a chi desidera pace e silenzio! La struttura è in una incantevole baia con un mare cristallino. Unica mancanza rilevata la qualità della ristorazione e del servizio bar.

Soggiorno troppo breve, ma molto piacevole sia per il confort del residence (situato in una posizione molto comoda sotto tutti i punti di vista: a pochi minuti dall'imbarco dei traghetti e con l'accesso privato alla spiaggia) che per la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutti gli animatori che ci hanno permesso di vivere in modo gioioso questo momento di relax.

Séjour agréable dans cet havre de paix...

Séjour dans la résidence prêt de l'hôtel. Distance de la mer 500m à travers des jardins et piscine trés bien entretenus. Plage de galets mais trés bien équipé.

Posizione ok, diversi servizi ma...

All'arrivo attesa di un'ora per il check-in poi attesa di altra ora per avere la camera. Il residence è un po' più distante dal corpo centrale, piscine e spiaggia ma va benissimo. Carta igienica... non fornita, asciugamani senza cambio per una settimana (almeno ditelo!), niente condizionatore né ventilatore sebbene il caldo non fosse eccessivo. Per il resto posizione dell'hotel ottima (la strada di accesso è fortemente dissestata ma... di questo bisognerebbe chiedere al Comune) e vi sono molti servizi inclusi come piscina e spiaggia (con rete anti-meduse).

Bella struttura sul mare adatta alle famiglie

Bella la posizione soprattutto perché è sul mare e c'è una spiaggia attrezzata a disposizione, belle le strutture e la piscina. Sicuramente un luogo ideale per una famiglia. Personalmente non credevo di avere prenotato un residence e quindi mi aspettavo la pulizia quotidiana della stanza e la colazione. Errore mio probabilmente. Poco costoso il ristorante. Personalmente non amo molto l'ambiente tipo villaggio vacanze, con braccialetti colorati al polso e animazione. Ma i bambini si divertono e molte persone hanno modo di socializzare, del resto essendo un luogo non vicinissimo a un centro abitato si tende a restare nella struttura anche la sera e quindi l'animazione può essere utile. Sono invece rimasto deluso dall'impossibilità di collegarmi con il computer, per me indispensabile per lavoro e sono stato costretto ad andare a Rio Marina e farmi ospitare da un barista gentilissimo. Anche la tv in camera funzionava male. Comunque in conclusione è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Purtroppo i materassi e le coperte erano bagnati e sono rimasti fradici per i tre gg di soggiorno. Inaudito, l'albero molto curato mentre il residence è abbandonato a se stesso come se ce fossero ospiti di serie A e altri di serie B

-Nach unserem Buchung, mussten wir 30Euro pro Tag für 2Personen zusätzlich unter der Motto "Club Card"(Strom, Wasser, Gas, Reinigungsgebühr) bezahlen-was auf Buchungsbestätigung ist gar nicht gestanden. -Trotz Netz gegen Medusen kann man wegen Medusen nicht schwimmen. - überall laute Musik -statt angesagte kostenlose Internet, muss man bezahlen +nette Personal, sehr gepflegte Umgebung, familienfreundliche Unterhaltungen, aber nur auf italienisch
