"I absolutely do not recommend this property. I arrived late on a Friday night, and was assigned and occupied room. When I notified the desk and they gave me another room, that one was occupied as well. By this time it was 10 o’clock at night, and the guest staying in the second room was angry. Understandably so. It put me in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. When I refuse to try a third room and request requested a refund, my request was not honored. It’s been two days, and I have not yet heard from the daytime manager. Very, very disappointed."

"Staff told us the wrong time for breakfast. The hotel was old and in disrepair. The carpet in the hallways were loose and rippled, causing a trip hazard. The laminate in the breakfast area had parts that had lifted creating a trip hazard and I did trip. The breakfast was meager not many options or any staff to assist. I would not choose this hotel again. Oh yes and there were significant odors through out the hotel. "

"Continental breakfast wasn’t available at 7 on our first morning. Instead it was all set up at 7:30 when we had to leave for an appointment. “Fresh” was anything but and included brown bananas both mornings. Room condition: tv didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t have a temperature dial. One serving of coffee in the room for 2 people was provided. No spare toilet paper roll. At check in, clerk behind desk was dressed sloppily, we weren’t informed that the room would only be cleaned every other day, including but not limited to emptying trash or making bed. Maintenance staff fix tv looked unprofessional at best. Will reconsider staying at a Marriott property in the future. "

"The property was nice, our room was large and clean, breakfast was delightful, pool and hot tub were nice and well-maintained. They were cleaning up from a flood induced by I guess over filling their tub recently, but everything wasn’t working order for us and quite nice."

"The hotel is in the right location but is in very poor condition and not clean. Was very nice ten years ago when I stayed there. The staff told me they are beginning a renovation in a month and it very much needs a total renovation. "

"Not worth $300/night. Just drive to El Paso and pay $150/night for a better hotel overall. "
