Casa Pacana - Private Frio Canyon Resort-Type Property w/Views!

7 BR /7.5 bath, Casa Pacana set-ups perfectly for large families/friends and/or groups. Three separate entry buildings surround the swimming pool/outdoor kitchen area. The main structure contains two (2) primary bedrooms, two (2) guest bedrooms, the kitchen, and dining/meeting/gathering area (all bedrooms in this structure are cleverly located behind the kitchen, so as to add to the privacy of each). The three (3) other bedrooms are located in two (2) separate structures. Each bedroom in this rental has its own bath and there is a half (1/2) bath located outside by the pool/outdoor kitchen.
Located on the north end of the Frio River Canyon, this rental is conveniently located 4 miles from Leakey, 5 miles from Garner State Park, and 4.5/5 miles from the 336 and 337 Sisters. Because of VRBO's integration with Google Maps, their site states that this rental is a 12 minute drive to the Frio River. That is not true. The closest public access point is 2 miles to the north on RR 1120.
Casa Pacana is wonderfully similar to renting your own resort without all the random strangers. The totally fenced/zero-entry pool has a built-in bench on the opposite end making relaxing inevitable for everyone. This pool, combined with an outdoor kitchen w/refrigerator, tether ball, horseshoes area, and beautiful views make Casa Pacana is the perfect place to enjoy your special time in the Frio Canyon.

Awesome high end spacious 7br private with pool

Very spacious and clean, great layout my family just loved our stay. Beautiful new home in a private serene subdivision only minutes to river fun. The place is huge and perfect for a large group. The outside patios are great to hang out or bbq or in our case play games. We did not go to the river one day as everyone was having too much fun. Highly recommend and we will be booking next year.

Would have been nice to know that we needed to bring linens, etc. I did not receive that notice until 3:09pm, with a 4:00pm check-in. Property was clean and quiet.

Beautiful serene spacious property for our group. Property management was very accommodating when we got flooded out for the day from the rain and crossings when the town closed and they didn’t charge us extra and checked on us. Will rent again and will refer this property to my family/friends.
