Perfeito para levar a família ao Maracanã

A hospedagem tão próxima ao estádio tornou perfeita a experiência de levar a família ao jogo. Próximo a diversos bares, restaurantes, além do metrô e da 5ª da Boa Vista. O apartamento surpreendeu pelo espaço interno, suíte, quarto e sala são amplos e bem confortáveis. Apenas a cozinha é um pouco apertada, mas estava toda equipada, não deixando nada a desejar. Minha família e eu somos muito gratos ao proprietário, pelos ótimos momentos que passamos em seu apartamento! Obrigado!

Excelente apartamento, condomínio novo bem cuidado com uma excelente estrutura, seguro, com garagem porteiros atenciosos 24 hs , moveis novos com ótima decoração, igualzinho as fotos. boa localização, acessível, próximo ao maracanã, Quinta da Boa Vista, Zoológico (só atravessar a rua, próximo metro, 15 minutos até Copacabana . Para quem procura tranquilidade e bom preço, excelente opção prédio novo, bem cuidado e em local tranquilo. O apartamento é bem dividido e muito aconchegante. O bairro é bom, próximo ao parque e metrô a poucos metros. Unica ressalva está a estrutura do bairro, ainda deficiente no que se diz respeito a comercio. No geral uma ótima relação custo X benefício. O Alexandre, proprietário deu todo suporte e transmitiu transparência ao negócio. Adoramos e voltaremos !!! Renato Pires - São Paulo

Excelente apartamento.

Excelente apartamento, apartamento novo e com ótima decoração. Com boa localização próximo a Quinta da Boa Vista, Centro de São Cristovão e a alguns minutos da Rodoviária Novo Rio. Fui muito bem atendido pelo senhor Alexandre proprietário do imóvel em todos os contatos feitos, recomendo o imóvel.
