Imóvel fidedigno à descrição do proprietário e às fotos.
Condomínio limpo e organizado em um local tranquilo. Apartamento arejado, organizado, limpo e com utensílios suficientes para estadia, caso queira cozinhar ou não (fogão, geladeira, microondas, sanduicheira, panelas, talheres …) Ventiladores de teto bons e fortes, podendo diminuir a velocidade se quiser, o ar condicionado não utilizei, pois não foi necessário. Camas, travesseiros e o sofá cama bem confortáveis (ao sofá cama adicionamos colchonetes disponíveis). Chuveiro forte e com água de muito quente a gelada, vai do gosto de cada um. Fomos em seis adultos e duas crianças e ficamos confortáveis. O Vagner (proprietário) foi muito atencioso desde o início da reserva, até mesmo durante a estadia, se colocando a disposição para resolver possíveis problemas (o que não ocorreu). Em menos de dez minutos de carro se chega à Praça da Baleia, em Costa Azul.
