They are experts on customer service, kindness and professionalism! Our stay was during Christmas Eve and the decorations were amazing! Also, having a special Santa letter for my daughter to write and drop it in the mailbox for Santa was so meaningful! Definitely we will come again and recommend this hotel to everyone!
