The lobby was inviting. Stairwells, hallways, and our room were all clean and well maintained. The two restaurants were clean and thenfiid was good. All of the staff were gracious and friendly. The water pressure in our shower was phenomenal! An on-site laundry room and pool were great to have. The location is great: a 10-minute drive from the airport and 5-minute walk to Isla Verde beach, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. As a bonus, bus lines to Old SanJuan and Piñones are right there, if that's your thing.
The only area of improvement would be the slow, glitchy wifi.
THIS HOTEL IS A GREAT VALUE AND I WOULD JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO RETURN.

Room was updated. clean and quite spacious. Very high ceilings throughout and updated bathroom with a rainfall shower with great water pressure. The grounds were stunning and spread out so nothing felt crowded. We never had an issue getting beach chairs or chairs at the pool in the height of spring break season

The restaurant was amazing! The property could use a little updating. But overall it was great. The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a good time, were comfortable and were happy with our stay.
