  • Exclusive villa on the second line of the beach for up to 9 people, just 10 meters from the beach, with a large private garden, private pool, porch, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and large parking.

    The house features a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a terrace, a porch, well-maintained gardens, four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet.

    Its location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the beach. There are small shops nearby, as well as large supermarkets (no need for a car). In addition, there is a bus stop next to the house that connects to Málaga city and Nerja town.
