The best part of this property was Osvaldo. He made this short three days two night trip the best. He was kind, offered food suggestion when asked and help me stay busy when the pool was broken.

My family had an amazing experience. The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the diversity of dining options and room service when we didn’t feel like leaving the room or just needed a snack. The shuttle to and from the resort was excellent. The diversity of alcohol was impressive. Not a bunch of low level well liquor. The spa was top notch. The only negative was the “sales pitch” to try to get you to buy a right to use package. They offer discounts for the couple hours of your time. I did not find the discounts to be worth our time.
