Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.

"Friendly staff. Rings clean. Like the kitchenette. Pool was a bit warm but there were two of them. Location walkable and lots of places to go to. Was a bit noisy with a truck blasting away on loudspeaker selling seafood for long periods of time. Construction in site also added to noise."
