"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is in a god location between the train station and the Old Town."

"Property is difficult to assess. On the one side Great location, new building, impressive artwork, on the other side not transparent. Room booked was executive room. First room offered was small, no sofa, etc. Claim was that a tiny balcony would make it executive. Upon request, a real executive room was granted. Twice the size and all the advertised features. Room change, wasted time and the impression that we were initially shortchanged. Then, after a long day out we come back to the room - no service. When inquiring at the front desk the young lady there showed real attitude. „You were told.“ „There are cards in the room.“ „This is for sustainability.“ We were not asking for fresh sheets. But making the bed? Cleaning up the room? This was not about sustainability. It was about saving cost. And when your shower has no door, the floor towel gets totally wet. It doesn’t dry up over the day. Again, you feel a little chiseled. Bottom line: This could be a nice hotel, but there is a palpable undercurrent of being „too cute“. At ~ $400 a night this is just ok. This is a nice hotel with a palpable undercurrent to give the guest less then what was bartered for."

They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
