Are you looking for a special vacation home in a unique location with great respect for nature, peace and space? Then this luxurious and high quality furnished villa is the right choice.
This very well maintained semi-detached villa is located on an impressive private estate and offers a beautiful view of the water. Your children will have a great time with their own play equipment. The accommodation features a spacious living room with an attractive wood burning stove and a lovely dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave with oven. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. The cottage is a fantastic place for a vacation with dogs. The terrace and garden are fully fenced and the immediate surroundings offer excellent hiking opportunities.
You stay in one half of the house, adjacent is the listing HOV091. If you are traveling with a large group, it is a good idea to book this part in addition.
The vacation home is located on the historic private family estate De Noetselenberg. You can enjoy undisturbed peace, flora and fauna. Guests who appreciate and respect this are welcome. Nuisance, noise and disturbance of the flora and fauna are not desired by the owners. Therefore, they reserve the right to terminate the stay in the vacation home Tiro prematurely if rules are not respected by guests. The cottage is not rented to youth groups or for bachelor parties.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Prachtig huis
Het is een prachtig, net huis, met voldoende ruimte in een mooie omgeving! 3 kleine dingen, de koelkast is echt te klein voor een 8 persoonshuis. Er is zo'n mooie ruimte naast de woonkamer, soort berghok, daar zou een extra koelkast niet misstaan. Punt 2 is het sleutelkastje, deze is niet naast de deur zoals aangegeven, maar in een schuurtje, dat was even goed zoeken ;-) en de woonkamer is heel groot, daardoor is de acoustiek wat hol, wellicht gordijnen, wandpanelen om de boel minder gehorig te maken. Dit zijn echt 3 hele kleine punten die ons verblijf niet minder leuk of fijn hebben gemaakt!! Wat het is echt een prachtig huis met heerlijke bedden, goede sanitair en een prachtige omgeving!
