Ansonsten Ist es sehr ruhig, die Radwege (Trails) sind aber für normale Mountainbiker unfahrbar (grober Schotter/Steine) ausgewaschene Wege, erst recht bergauf. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable.
