Lucky 1 is a 77m2 apartment, in peaceful and quiet suburbs of Rijeka, 1km from the sea or 10 minutes walk from the closest beach, 6km from Opatija, 4km from Rijeka center. 2km from the closest mall, 200m from supermarket/green market, 1 km from the closest restaurant. Our guests have access to free wifi, air conditioning, flat screen with cable tv, washing machine with dryer free public parking, two balconies with sea view, kitchen fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. Apartment is in the 8th floor, building has 2 elevators, 1 small with capacity for 3 people, and 1 big with capacity for 6 people.
