"Everything was excellent. I stay in this hotel the second time, and will stay again. Staff is very helpfull and professional. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It is equipped with an ironing board, iron, kettle, coffee cups, glasses, and a stocked minibar. Everything is very convenient, and the hotel is quiet. There is a cozy and well-equipped spa center."

"Elisabete was training on front desk for check in and check out and did a great job! Back exit for a quick route to the old town, buses right in front, and close to the central market and huge shopping centres. I had one of the older rooms but it was clean and comfortable. The layout of the hotel means you can hear inconsiderate people in the corridors, nothing the hotel can do and luck of the draw. 2 of my 3 nights were peaceful! Breakfast has a small but good selection and takeaway cups for coffee, great for an early airport start. You could also get breakfast-to-go though I didn’t try this."

"great location for getting in and out of the old town. lovely bar area, with a great sports bar if you didn’t want to take in the nightlife Riga had to offer. Spa was very basic, we had spa access booked in with our stay, and they tried to charge us extra when we checked in…. when shown confirmation the guy checking us in kind of grunted then gave us a pass- we had friends checking into a suite next to us who were treated like kings and queens whilst we had a standard room and were their paupers!! the breakfast was terrible… absolute waste of money for €20 each! we asked for breakfast tea and again were just grunted at by the waiting staff!! hotel was clean , bedrooms plenty of space and all the facilities we needed for 4 nights. Hairdryer was amazing!!! overall we had a good stay"

"Room was clean, I didn't have breakfast as from prior experience the breakfast room is fairly small. The one morning I had breakfast on a previous stay I was stood around drinking coffee for 15 minutes waiting for space at a table and for tables to be serviced."
