"Very cute house that is nicely updated. Location is great and is walkable to the Hot Springs and everything downtown. We didn't use our car once after getting to the rental. There was some confusion with the bunk beds, as there is one set of twin bunk beds in the room, and when I asked we were told they were one set of full, so we had to make due with some tighter sleeping arrangements with 4 kids. "Stayed for 3 days...house was great for what we needed. Enjoyed the front patio and stream. It was 95 degrees during our stay and we were worried about not having AC, but it was not an issue at all. The house cooled down nicely at night even in the high heat."
