There was no apology they just said whatever basically. I also needed help finding their parking area, unfortunately I do not speak German so I had no idea what was being said. It was very loud when cleaning, I think their cleaning supplies were broken and you could hear an annoying screeching sound throughout the morning."

Staff rarely present/available, and when they were there, they were overall not helpful. I would not go back. Location is good, but not enough to make up for poor service. There was also no fridge or safe in the room, I found that unacceptable."
