You live in a quiet holiday home area directly on the Alfsee. All attractions are within walking distance.

We have paid particular attention to your sleep quality. All rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses.
The double bed with air-sprung mattresses.

Temperature-compensating duvets and pillows incl. Cotton duvet covers are included.
Likewise towels and tea towels.

On the covered terrace you will find a large gas grill for nice barbecues even when the weather is not so nice.

Der Urlaub In diesem Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt vor allen Dingen, wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und hat sogar einen richtig schönen Garten. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist sehr gemütlich. Alle Aktionen sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Es war alles in Ortnung

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut , es waren alle technischen Geräte vorhanden ,die Betten waren super,auf der Terasse gab es Decken für die Abendstunden. Wir drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Lage aber Unterkunft war nicht sauber

Es machte den Anschein als wenn schon langer keine Gäste mehr da waren. Überall waren Spinnweben und Spinnen. In den Schlafzimmern lagen überall Haare und sogar benutzte Q-Tipps. Es war sehr staubig. Die Bettwäsche, die vor Ort ist, war noch etwas nass. Der Grill war dreckig, die Mülltonnen waren voll. Die vorhanden Putzutensilien waren nicht hygienisch und waren kaum zum Saubermachen geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht. Das Wasser wurde erst warm, wenn man es lange laufen lassen hat. Ich habe mich direkt bei dem Eigentümer beschwert und er war sehr bemüht, dass wieder gut zu machen. Er war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war super! Ich denke, dass die Putzfrauen nun etwas genauer putzen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist auch toll. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß am Alfsee oder an der Arche und am Erlebnis-Irrgarten. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Direkt bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr unfreundlich angepöbelt, dass wir unser Auto umzuparken haben. Dass es dort nicht stehen kann, ist in Ordnung. Aber Wir haben nur ausgeladen und wussten es nicht und dann kann man uns auch freundlich darauf hinweisen anstatt uns mit dem Abschleppdienst zu drohen und uns anzuschreien. Insgesamt würden wir die Ferienwohnung wohl nicht mehr buchen. Wer es aber einfach mag und die Priorität auf die Lage legt, ist dort genau richtig!!! Der Alfsee ist ein tolles Reiseziel für Familien mit Kindern!

Ferienhaus nah am See mit Wakeboardanlage

Für den Urlaub alles notwendige und praktische (Waschm. Trockner, Grill, Geschirrspüler, WLAN ;-) ) vorhanden - sehr schönes neues Bad, Stellplatz für 3-4 Autos, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zum See - einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - hat alles gepasst :-)

Alles sehr einfach in der Kommunikation, vorher, währenddessen und nachher. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar und mit ein bisschen Tetris passen 4 Autos vors Haus ;-) Die Betten waren Spitze! Sehr gemütlich.
