Surrounded by the breathtaking peaks of the San Juan Mountains, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is the perfect base for year-round adventures. Inside, enjoy a farmhouse-style design with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and large flat-screen TV in the living room. Step outside to the deck with a gas grill and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing, or take in sunrises and sunsets from the fabulous upper deck off the primary suite. He takes care of the lawn and snow removal only. • Dog friendly (max 2 dogs) – $40/day, $250 max fee • Due to the cool mountain climate and similar to most properties in the area, his home does not have air conditioning • This home is listed for sale and may request showings. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation in Ouray. Our house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space and everything you needed for your stay. The house was very clean and exactly how they described it. There isn't AC in the home, which wasn't a big deal to us, but you may bring an extra fan if that bothers you. We stayed here for our Elopment in June. We absolutely loved our time here. Everything was clean, quiet, beautiful, and spacious! There was even room for our truck and trailer in the driveway. Our only suggestion would be if you go in the summer months, plan to stay in one of the rooms downstairs. Especially if you are someone that likes it cold when you sleep. We are from Texas and usually like it pretty cold when we sleep. We definitely got a little warm in the upstairs bedroom even with the 2 fans and doors open. It was more than perfect for the 6 of us - the views are absolutely stunning, it was fully stocked with everything you need & more. We enjoyed that each of us had our own bathrooms, it was so cozy and roomy, & clean. We loved it so much we cooked breakfast, lunch, & dinners each night together and sat around the dining room table. 1000/10 recommend this for any stay in Ridgway!
