"I came to this hotel because the reviews were so good and I do not regret my choice! The staff were all so friendly and kind. My teens loved the pool and hot tub. They had an excellent dinner for guests which included a homemade gumbo that was amazing. My husband and I had a complimentary alcoholic drink too! "From the time we walked in we could feel the friendly atmosphere. The desk attendant was very helpful and polite. Service provided was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and loved all the amenities. The buffett breakfast was good that had a variety of food and beverages. Loved the soothing of the waterfall. The hotel was just beautiful. I recommend this site if traveling in the area."

Pros: great indoor pool, air conditioner worked great, good amount for breakfast, property was easy to locate, very nice staff, easy to check out. The location is close to lots of shopping and eating options. Cons: room was a bit on the small side (the bathroom was small enough it was a challenge to shut the door), facilities all around seemed on the small side (lobby, snack bar store, etc.) "
