"Staff was friendly. The room could have been cleaner and some repairs are needed. There were some lights that didn’t work, sticky spots on the carpet, and the door deadbolt did not line up with the striker. The back of the bathroom door had smears and drop marks dried on it. The pool area was very dirty. The airport shuttle was convenient however it was 10 minutes late."

"When u am in the area this is my absolute favorite place to stay! It’s convenient, affordable and the staff is absolutely amazing!! They always go above and beyond with kindness! That’s everything when you’re away from home! I appreciate them for that!"

"I didn’t like the fact that you could not check in early when coming out of town during the government shutdown unless you paid an extra fee. Also the front desk staff were rude and would not allow you to speak with the manger/owner who was on the premises. At the bar /restaurant they made our food wrong and it did not taste good. We did not ask for a refund but to be able to exchange for something else and they told us that was not allowed. So once again we were out of our money and food. This was a bad experience, bad customer service and I would not advise anyone to stay here."

"I wish my stay was longer. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Things were beyond clean and smelled fresh. The staff was attentive and kind. Noticing I had a one-year old they asked if I wanted a travel crib and had one placed in my room before I had even unloaded. Breakfast was beyond the standard fare with spinach egg bites and French toast sticks being a highlight for us. Lots of items to choose from. The airport shuttle (which was why we booked this hotel) was prompt and a short drive to the airport. Will book here again to save some headache at ATL."
