"This host was so sweet, I loved her! the house was decorated very nicely. We were obsessed with the mirror in the master bedroom. This host knows how to make this home feel like HOME. I was only here for one night, i wish i extended it. I didn’t wanna leave. And she let us park our cars in the garage. She has very great communication skills. And i love how understanding, polite and patient she was with me. Thank you so much!!"

They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. "I rented this house for a 5 day stay, and when I arrived someone else was staying there. The owner said he tried to contact me, but I had received no emails nor any communication through VRBO, nor a refund since I had paid in full. I've tried to contact them twice now regarding my refund and no one has gotten back to me."
