"The cottage is in close proximity to Harbor Beach, but away enough to give you peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. Everything was super clean and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Little details matter and made all the difference (charcoal for the grill, wood for the fire, smore supplies) and also indoor and outdoor games, as well as a Zipline in the backyard. Excellent communication with the host! Highly recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Stones throw cottage was a wonderful family vacation and if we had the opportunity, we would definitely book here again. The check in process was easy and effortless. The 2 minute walk to the beach was so convenient and perfect for the kids and dogs. The neighborhood is very friendly and inviting. The cottage is just far enough away from everything, we were not over populated with tourists and travelers. We had the beach to ourselves everyday! The house was stocked with everything we needed. WiFi worked great, I was even able to work a little.10/10 highly recommend this gem at Lake Huron!"

"Lighthouse Cove was a wonderful space for our family reunion of 20 ranging from 10weeks old to 85 years old! Plenty of activities at the house with two corn hole sets, pickleball, giant chess, large hot tubs, fire pits, paddleboarding, kayaks, and fishing (bring your own poles.). Plenty of kitchen supplies for our family meals. Great grill set up. We did have to rent tables and chairs as there are none on site. Cute town, marina, and beach were walkable. We had a wonderful dinner at Stone Lodge. Only advice would be water management with some of the shower configurations that cause lots of water to flow onto floor creating slippery tiles. We’re hoping to come back!"

"A great 2 night getaway just north of the cute town of Lexington with our grandkids and dog. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of beds, a large dining table and a kitchen stocked with the basics. The pictures are accurate and the host communicated all the details clearly and concisely. The Queen bed my husband and I slept in was very comfy! We enjoyed swimming in Lake Huron on the two VERY HOT days we were there! A few notes.... water shoes/sandals were very helpful as there are lots of large rocks scattered off shore. Bring your own beach chairs and sand toys! The kids and dog loved the large yard to run around in and we enjoyed the view of the lake from the porch. Overall a great stay!"

"Great property & plenty of room for the family of eight adults & five children. The views were fantastic. We spent most of our time at the private beach and in the water. Large kitchen and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family. Had a wonderful vacation at the Blue Water Beach House. "

"Very dog friendly with lots of green grass to walk your dog. Close to the beach, set off the road. Nice and peaceful at night. "

"The house was clean, which was excellent! However, the photos of the property were misleading. We expected a wide open beach with plenty of space to run and play. When we arrived, there was caution tape up in two places on the beach, and the screened-in-porch was leaking in multiple places. There was no mention of providing your own toilet paper, but we should have brought some because there was a half roll in each bathroom with no extra provided. There was comfortable living space for our whole family, which was a nice benefit. The kitchen was also lovely to cook in, which I appreciated. Thank you for having us. "
