Hot tub open year round! Sandy beach not far! Walking distance to the Blue Water Inn & INFAMOUS Alli Bar. Stone lodge dinners & long walks on the break wall. Cook to your hearts content w/the full kitchen offering all essential amenities. Rest assured w/several sleeping arrangements. Enjoy ample space in the grassy area in the backyard! Wash & dry your clothes after a sandy day at the beach! End the day w/a soak in the hot tub which can hold 8.

Downtown Port Sanilac is just a few blocks away. The beach is just over a half mile away. A car may be more convenient to explore everything the village has to offer

-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

-No more than 3 cars on site
-DO NOT park on road or in neighbors’ way!
-All furniture must be put back where it was found!
-House needs to be put back into condition it was rented!
-No loud music after 10pm
-Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
-No profanity outdoors, many kids in the neighborhood!
-Be courteous of neighbors
-Garbage must be bagged up, put into bins
