It was a very descent place to stay . Staff was friendly . The room had a little funky smell but otherwise everything was great . I left a sweater behind and the hotel staff called me to notify me it’s the first time a hotel calls me to let me know I left something behind no other hotel has done that when I left stuff behind so I was thankful for that . I will definitely stay again .

Rough checking in and checking out

The hotel was convenient to the venue, but with a few small details, this could be a wonderful hotel. The in room coffee was crap! The coasters in our room were used and not replaced. Henry’s the restaurant attached to the hotel for your breakfast lunch and dinner was very very disappointing. We paid $110 for three meals that were pretty much un edible. They said they were gonna remove it off of my bill. My husband tried to get a bloody Mary they had no Worcestershire or horseradish available. they use a bloody Mary mix. Asked for a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. They said they could not provide that but they could give me an Americano that had espresso with hot water? Where are they getting the coffee from the $37 fish and chips meal my husband ordered was a huge fillet that was battered heavily and burnt. For $37 they should’ve hand cut fries instead of using frozen waffle cut fries. My beat and goat cheese salad did not have any beets and very little goat cheese, and the lettuce was not even dressed with any kind of oil and vinegar. I ordered a chicken breast with it, which was the only thing that was edible on that plate and they just grilled it and threw it on the plate they didn’t even cut it up and make it presentable. The sandwich the other Member had she said was edible but not worth $30. So at this point I would not recommend this hotel. Very sad because it was very close to the venue we were going to, with upgrades, it would be exceptional
