I liked that I was greeted by my name. I liked that there were amenities such as toothpaste to assist a traveller who did not receive her luggage. I liked that the shuttle was on time when I needed to leave.

Miami International Airport Hotel
Difficult to find in the baggage claim area; signage could be better. More convenient than taxiing to a nearby hotel after a long day of travel. Property condition was good.
