We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. "The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property."

I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries."
