We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this beautiful house. It was well equipped, comfortable and David was a pleasure to work with.

David’s house was a great home base as we visited family in Richmond and the suburbs. The house was just as described. There were 5 of us and we used all the beds - very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the gathering space there was a family favorite. The home was clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are stocked with all the necessaries, and a few extra touches. David was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Checked in on day 1 and checked out the same day and moved to a hotel instead. Issues we found:1) The secondary bathroom had a really bad smell that was unbearable for us.2) Backyard was not as advertised in the pictures (small, unkempt, and no corn hole in sight).3) The front of the house had a trash can which full and overflowing with trash everywhere. 4) My husband drank water from the fridge filter and he got sick the next day.5) Informed host immediately of all issues and he did not address them.
