"The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to Time Square and Central Park. Many food options near by. It was a great hotel for our first time in New York. The staff was very helpful. "

"Very clean, the bed a bit firm. I’ve stayed several times and if you get a room looking out by Lincoln center and the little park it’s brighter and cute. I just stayed and had a view of windows from the other building and a black OJ glove outside my window. Our room 137 was dark even with the blinds up, where it’s located doesn’t get direct sunlight. But it was an ADA room so the bathroom was larger. Which we did not request. Overall the location you can’t beat if you have events in Lincoln center. "
"We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. The room had a wonderful view! Beds are very comfortable. It is a nice hotel, but could use some maintenance. Our sink would not drain properly and the shower head needed to be replaced. I felt very safe during our stay, especially being right on Broadway. "
