Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
Great place… only issue is there is a women at the front desk who uses her phone all the time and deals with people as if they are a nuisance. Rest of the staff is helpful and seem to go out of their way to be helpful.

We didn’t keep our reservation… it was unbearable. Smelled like smoke and was dirty. We were not comfortable staying there so we asked for a refund. We have not seen it yet.
