Fantastic Property!

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Dreams Park! Beautiful home, scenery, and had everything we needed and more! It's about 12 miles from Dreams Park, so not a bad drive at all! Definitely a great stay and would return!

We came for our son to play at Cooperstown dreams park. This was the perfect location. The house was clean and well stocked. The outside area is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay for baseball tournament

The property is 20ish minutes from Dreams Park so an easy ride there. Spacious and clean and worked well for my family. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cooperstown trip

This home was a great location to visit Cooperstown. About 12 minutes to drive to the HOF museum. It was clean and comfortable. Loved seeing the turkeys roaming around the property.

Excellent Stay

My husband & I stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The owners are great, and communication was easy. Plenty of space inside & outside. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Cooperstown Baseball

Jennifer is wonderful! The house has anythimg you could possibly need. The location is about 15-20 minutes from dream park depending on how comfortable you are on mountain roads. If we're wver in Cooperstown again i would definitely stay again.

Great place. As we drove onto the property we were greeted by 5 deer and 4 turkeys. Great view of the countryside. House was better than expected. Best place we rented so far. Highly recommended.

House was nice needs grab bars coming out of tub and shower bathroom. Hooks for towels . Glimmerglass park was a little far for our stay house was very comfortable and mattress was very good .

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

I was not able to make the trip at the last minute but my family went. They said the house was great and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and getting to and from the park each day was quick and easy. Communication with the owner was always quick and very nice. Highly recommended for anyone headed to Cooperstown Dream Park. Thank you again.

Beautiful place!

Everything about our stay was great! The location was gorgeous and the house was very comfortable. Fans in every room and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Only warning I will give is that the wifi was not fast so it would be tough to get a lot of work done or do zooms. But it was fine for emails and basic internet stuff. The owner is a sweetheart and helpful with the questions we had! We would definitely book again if we come back to Cooperstown!

Stayed the week of Cooperstown baseball. The house was perfect for our blended stay.. Plenty of room. Very clean. Everything u need to stay... Especially if u arrive late and don't have time to go to the grocery store till morning. Very much appreciated that. Personal contact with owner was nice... Answered all questions.. Quiet stay in the beautiful countryside

This guesthouse worked out perfectly for us while my son played in his tournament. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the ball fields, so we had no issues going back to the house in between games. The kitchen was great for preparing and eating our meals while we were at the house. My younger kids loved running around in the spacious front yard when we had a little downtime. And Jennifer’s response time to my questions was incredibly fast each time. We’ll definitely consider staying here when we come back in a couple of years with my younger son’s team.

Baseball Hall of Fame Trip

Since we had a very full schedule, we weren’t able to be in the house for very many waking hours. But when we were, it is everything and more described. Our late arrival (after dark) still had the door unlocked and ready for us. We walked in to a very clean and welcoming home. The check in and check out were clear. Bedrooms were perfect. Each room with its own cooling unit and everything we needed. Many friends stayed further out from Cooperstown so we were more than happy to make our short drive into town. If this is your first time to a HOF induction , you will be thrilled to stay here. We sure were!

I was here for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park and we had a great time. We ended up winning the whole tournament, our team was Lion Mode, so you can imagine my kid was super excited. The property has plenty of space, 3 nice rooms with a king bed, 2 twins, and a queen bed. The kitchen has everything you need and all works. The view around the property is beautiful and relaxing but we couldn't enjoy it because of the games. The property is at a 19 mins drive to the Dreams Park and a 10 mins drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We didn't have any problems driving back and forth from the park while enjoying the views. Our party was of 5 people and we all fitted comfortably in the house, the two bathrooms were a plus. The only issue that we had was the internet, super slow on the mountain but we used our carrier T-Mobile, and made it happen through the week. Communication with the owners was excellent.
