The room was absolutely horrible. Dirty, full of mold, dirty towels, scratched walls, unpainted bathroom where repairs were made, horrible pillows. A very bad experience.

Liguei com antecedência para incluir um berço. Chegamos de noite e o berço não estava lá, também faltou uma toalha no banheiro. O interfone não funcionava, na manhã seguinte precisei descer na recepção para pedir o berço e a toalha, o berço chegou rápido mas a toalha eu tive que descer e pedir outras 2 vezes. A limpeza realizada No quarto na manhã seguinte a nossa chegada também não foi boa.

O quarto está um pouco mal conservado mas o pior é o enxoval, lençol que não cabe no colchão e vc acaba dormindo no colchão puro porque escorrega e sai, fora que tá tudo, toalhas, fronhas e lençóis muuuuito encardidos e manchados. Já tive estadias melhores nesse hotel. O café da manhã estava excelente.

No sábado a nite resolvemos jantar no restaurante do hotel. Pedi uma pizza de mussarela e foi muito decepcionante. Uma pizza com uma borda gigante, dura e a mussarela crocante como um chips. Esqueceram no forno com certeza. Nada da mussarela derretida e macia. Certeza que era congelada. E o preço para o que foi oferecido.... altíssimo. Mas enfim.... revejam....
