Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo.

Service is no good. The reception is not friendly...but the AC works perfectly - which is necessary for the city (very hot) - the shower as well. A good place to stay, just that. The servers at breakfast were very helpful.

Considerações importantes.
Atendimento de má qualidade no restaurante. Garçom grosseiro e nada cordial, no jantar (um senhor mais idoso, esqueci o nome). Cama péssima, totalmente desconfortável no apartamento. Cobertores em péssimo estado, apresentando furos, mal cheiro, com manchas de sujeira, visivelmente sem a devida limpeza. Hotel no geral em más condições de conservação. Porta do elevador com fita isolante tampando possível ausência de um vidro e/ou acabamento. Utensílios sujos no restaurante : prato e taça. Janelas sujas, machadas, e sem vedação de ruído; o que foi bastante incômodo pelo auto fluxo de veículos pela proximidade com a rodovia.

No geral muito bom.
Dois po tos a se colocar, Primeiro: limpeza como troca de toalhas, limpeza do quarto, retirada do lixo e reposição de papel higiênico, só era feita 1 vez por dia e 1 unico horário, e comk eu estava trabalhando a noite e dormindo na parte da manhã, nao obteve esse tipo de serviços, mesmo solicitando na recepção. Segundo: estacionamento pago por diaria, porem aberto e com isso os passaros fizeram um estrago no carro q ficou por 3 dias no estacionamento.
