The village of Ribeira Brava is geographically located in the south center of Madeira Island, just fifteen minutes from Funchal and thirty minutes from Madeira Airport Cristiano Ronaldo. Ribeira Brava is a cheerful, peaceful and beautiful village, with a lot of shops nearby and services available, and with easy access to private and public transport to any point on the island. The AP is located on the first floor, with vertical access by elevator and stairs and underground parking. Marco, der Vermieter ist ein super Gastgeber - er hat uns u.a. sogar ein grosses "Starterpaket" für die Ankunfts-Quarantäne-Zeit bereitgestellt - vielen Dank dafür nochmals. Alles in allem von uns eine klare Empfehlung! Everything was perfect for us (three of us) - the size of the apartment (which actually looks even better than in the photos), the kitchen equipment (everything is really available), the large terrace with view of the sea, location and place Ribeira Brava itself. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Bildern zwar dunkel, aber die Jalousien sollte man schon mal aufmachen, dann sieht das schon ganz anders aus. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und in sehr gutem Zustand. In Ribera Brava war der Tiefgaragenplatz schon eine Menge wert. Die Ein - und Ausfahrt ist zwar sportlich, aber für geübte Autofahrer machbar. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral für alle Aktivitäten. In einer Stunde waren wir fast an jedem Ort der Insel. Auch die Busverbindungen sind sehr gut und günstig Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal nach Madeira, da wir noch lange nicht alles gesehen haben. Appartement très propre et très bien placé (à 2 minutes à peine de la plage en plein centre de Ribeira Brava). Les stations de bus sont situées également à proximité de l'appartement. Nous n'avons eu aucun souci pour nous déplacer. Les paysages sont époustouflants, c'est une île à visiter... Le propriétaire Marco est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. The location in Ribeira Brava is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the supermarket and several nice restaurants. The apartment has his own parking place. Stayed 9 nights in Apr 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bernd N. 21 Apr 2018 #### perfekte Ferienwohnung auf Madeira Wir waren mit dieser Wohnung bei unserem Aufenthalt auf Madeira vollkommen zufrieden (4 Erwachsene, Wanderurlaub): Die Lage ist perfekt: - innerhalb einer Stunde ist man mit dem Auto an praktisch jeder Stelle auf der Insel - gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte - etliche Restaurants und Bars im direkten Umfeld - 100m Fußweg zum Meer (geschützte Badebucht mit kleinem Sandstrand) - trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung durch Straßenverkehr, Flugzeuge oder Tourismus Die Wohnung ist großzügig: - zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit großem Kleiderschrank - Küche ist geräumig, ausreichend Schränke, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank - riesige Terrasse mit Südausrichtung und Markise, von der Straße nicht einsehbar aber Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet: - vollständig und stilvoll möbliert und dekoriert (siehe Bilder) - Küchenausstattung incl. Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Elektrogrill... - 2 Fernseher - Handtücher, Bettzeug, Kissen, Reservedecken vorhanden - sogar Strand-Badetücher, Wäschetrocker, Wäscheklammern, Tischdecke Nur die Tiefgaragenausfahrt ist etwas eng und steil, aber machbar, wenn der Mietwagen nicht allzu groß ist (bei uns Peugeot 2008: kein Problem) Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Madeira kommen wollen wir wieder hier wohnen. ##### Bernd N. Marco ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass die Wohnung heller ist als auf den Fotos. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet für 4 Personen mit und verfügt über eine mehr als großzügige Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Weiterhin sind WiFi, TV und Free Internet vorhanden. Ausserdem steht ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz zur Verfügung. Aber aufgepasst: sehr steile und enge Auffahrt!!! Die Lage ist perfekt: in zweiter Reihe (50m) zur Promenade, 150 m zum kleinen Kiesstrand. Kleiner, gut sortierter Supermark fussläufig (5 min) zu erreichen. Es gibt ausreichend Lokale direkt an der Promenade und am Strand.
