At low tide you can walk to the islands, but you can also go by the Mandø bus, which is a specially constructed bus pulled by a tractor. Departure times depend on the tides. Experience a rich animal life with many birds and fish, and see the seals sunbathe on the sandbanks. You can even eat oysters directly from the sea or bring mussels home to cook.
