A trip to Ribe is a journey through time and you can experience relics from the Ice Age, the Viking age and the Middle Ages.

At low tide you can walk to the islands, but you can also go by the Mand ø bus, which is a specially constructed bus pulled by a tractor. Departure times depend on the tides. Experience a rich animal life with many birds and fish, and see the seals sunbathe on the sandbanks. You can even eat oysters directly from the sea or bring mussels home to cook.
