"The room initially allocated was a disabled room and not very clean and tidy looking, reception staff, Isabelle, was most helpful and changed this immediately nothing was too much trouble, very polite and friendly young lady, lovely breakfast"

"Nicely surprised. This is a big complex. Not sure how many room. Reception, bar area is really nice. Very ornate. Corridors need a good lick of paint. Room was excellent value given the price paid. Big,clean bed. Good shower. Yes it is basic, but fantastic value. I used the gym. Fantastic gym for a hotel. I had dinner and breakfast. Both very good. ALL the staff i came in contact with. Were lovely. All smiled, all very helpful. I am guessing the hotel has been through a few owners. I wish the owners all the best and hope they are supported. Thank you for an enjoyable one night stay."
