Finca 3000 m2, parking, overlooking the sea / mountain, golf 500 m Detached house completed in 2013, 250 m2, 2 floors, traditional Asturian building with stone and chestnut, chestnut floors except in bathrooms that are of tropical wood, but modern inside and decorated with care. Sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms with double 1.50 and a room with two beds 90, all with bath. The decor of the bathrooms is integrated into the room. They are very cute and stylish. The lingerie is cotton and down duvets virgin recommended for asthmatic and allergic to house dust. Some furniture is antique. The windows and balconies of the rooms and living room have screens. Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven and dishwasher), guest toilet, living room with home cinema, TV, DVD, CD; spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, TV and internet via Wifi connection. The kitchen and living room have access to a nice porch and garden, plus plenty of light due to large windows with wonderful views. The porch has two different areas: one to eat with sink, table and chairs and another with sofas to relax while reading a book, enjoy the pleasant sunsets overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, nature or the Japanese garden. In front of the porch there is also a large wooden table in the shade of a leafy oak. The house has a nice night outdoor lighting. The stay in the house is very comfortable thanks to its good acoustic and thermal insulation. The biomass heating floors in the 2 floors, the healthiest according to WHO, allows even heat without drying the environment and avoid the creation of dust and mites, something people with allergies appreciate. In addition, the show also features closed fireplace in traditional style, while takes on special importance in the decoration of the room, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The house is comfortable and well appointed, has lovely views to the sea and a mature enclosed garden. The highlights of our trip in July were kayaking on the Rio Sella with K-2 Adventure in Las Rozas and for two of us canyoning. A trip up to the Picos Europas was fabulous where we saw vultures soaring above us. The local beaches are lovely and clean. We also walked some of the Camino Santiago from the house. Volvemos encantados. Es una casa increíblemente bonita, puesta con todo tipo de detalles. Las habitaciones son una maravilla, cada una con su baño y todo puesto muy coqueto. Tiene un jardín cerrado, enorme, precioso, con todo tipo de árboles frutales. La casa tiene unas vistas maravillosas. Tienes que coger el coche pero está todo muy cerca. Las playas son de escándalo y los alrededores. Nieves , la propietaria, es una persona encantadora, te da todo tipo de facilidades y recomendaciones de la zona. Nosotros seguimos todos sus consejos y no podíamos haber estado mejor. Gracias Nieves, por compartir esta maravillosa casa. Indudablemente volveremos si nos lo permites. ##### nuria l. Empezando por Nieves la propietaria que nos recibió el primer día y que nos ha ido acompañando a lo largo de nuestra estancia con consejos sobre el entorno y distintas actividades ha realizar. La casa supera las expectativas que te haces y de verdad que merece la pena conocerla, tiene todo lo necesario para encontrarte como en casa.
